The Opportunity

Process engineer is responsible for modeling bank processes utilizing Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) to provide a visual representation of the sequence of business activities and information flows. 

The Responsibilities

• Facilitate process subject matter experts to provide content necessary to complete process maps making it easier for stakeholders to understand and optimize their workflows. 

The Qualifications

• Experienced in Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)
• Ability to lead and facilitate teams or process owners and subject matter experts in documenting their process activities end to end.
• Experienced in design and delivery if process hierarchy for an organization and/or enterprise
• Highly organized and efficient in the delivery of process map artifacts.
• Experienced in project management and change management.
• Proficient in MS Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint, Lucid Chart.
• Minimum 5 years of process management experience.
• Desired certifications: Six Sigma/Lean

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $53.57/hour - $71.43/hour
