The Opportunity

Process engineer is responsible for modeling bank processes utilizing Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) to provide a visual representation of the sequence of business activities and information flows.  This includes the ability to facilitate process subject matter experts to provide content necessary to complete process maps making it easier for stakeholders to understand and optimize their workflows.

The Qualifications

• Experienced in Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)
• Ability to lead and facilitate teams or process owners and subject matter experts in documenting their process activities end to end.
• Experienced in design and delivery if process hierarchy for an organization and/or enterprise
• Highly organized and efficient in the delivery of process map artifacts.
• Experienced in project management and change management.
• Proficient in MS Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Minimum 5 years of process management experience

• Desired certifications: Six Sigma/Lean

   

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $67.11/hour - $71.94/hour
